Just a quick note from Kial (dad). I can’t even begin to thank everyone for the love and support, it’s beyond words. Although today marks a week since his passing, the time has not only stood still for us but has moved at an incredible pace in the passing of 7 days. We will wake up thinking and realizing this is our new reality … without our son. We are looking for counselors, and family therapists in our area (Nevada City/Grass Valley). If you know of any that specialize in grief counseling for the loss of a child, please let us know. Both Katie and I appreciate the messages, texts, flowers, contributions, home-meal drop-offs, visits, and more. At this time, we can only respond to a few messages a day, our social media time is very limited so we do apologize if we aren’t responding accordingly. It’s a slow process for us. We love you all, and we thank you for everything. Lastly, we are getting the emails submitted to “family@rileycjames.com”, thank you! We will keep you posted on the event time, location, and more.
